Art Van Automated EMAIL DRIP CAMPAIGNS

At Art Van Furniture I was tasked with designing all of our automated email drip campaigns and automated journeys. These were the series of emails that customers or potential customers would receive based on whatever the project called for (post purchase, abandon cart, welcome series).

Art Van Welcome Journey

I was tasked with developing the look for our Welcome Journey, which was a series of emails that was automatically sent to customers when they gave us their email address.

  • Design wireframes & develop a look that introduced our brand to a new guest.
  • Layout the content & copy provided in an interesting and effective way.
  • Apply a constant look from email to email.
  • Work closely with our CRM team to make sure we were giving our customers the best experience possible.

Post Purchase - Mattress Purchasers

I was tasked with developing the look for all of our post purchase journeys, including our PureSleep mattress buyers. This was a series of emails that was automatically sent to customers when they made a mattress purchase.

  • Design wireframes & develop a look that provided the recent purchaser with all of the information they needed.
  • Layout the content & copy provided in an interesting and effective way.
  • Apply a constant look from email to email. This look matched our furniture and accessories post purchase journey.

PureSleep Pillow Purchasers

I was tasked with developing the look for all of our post purchase journeys, including our PureSleep pillow and sleep accessory buyers. This was a series of emails that was automatically sent to customers when they made a pillow or sleep accessory purchase.

Presidents Day PureSleep

I was tasked with developing the look for our Labor Day PureSleep journey. This was a series of emails that was automatically sent to customers who hadn’t made a mattress purchase in over 7 years. Labor Day is one of the highest selling periods for the mattress industry, so we want to capitalize on that. These 4 emails were directly responsible for nearly $1 million in mattress sales over a 3 week period.

Due to the major success of our Labor Day PureSleep journey, we repeated the same series for Presidents Day. Presidents Day is one of the highest selling periods for the furniture and mattress industry, so we want to capitalize on that. These 4 emails were directly responsible for nearly $1.1 million in mattress sales over a 3 week period.
